I have time on B and the shutter trigger fires with the cable release but it does not seem to keep the shutter open until the cable is release. The shutter works otherwise. Maybe there is something wrong with release cable Any ideas. The cable works fine on the Fuji EX-2.Paul Manleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10369629760017941326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1695504003014491361.post-49428466688680515752017-10-07T01:19:33.691+02:002017-10-07T01:19:33.691+02:00My dad bought me a new (old stock) Bessamatic Delu...My dad bought me a new (old stock) Bessamatic Deluxe in 1968. I have shot hundreds of rolls with it and it's still my favorite camera. The lenses are spectacular (I have all of them except the Skopagon) and most of the accessories. I use film almost exclusively even today. It's inconvenient but I still like the look of the Voigtlander images better than the Zeiss, Olympus, Minox, Leica, and Rollei equipment that I have, can render. You need to find someone to service it occasionally, or it won't be usable for long. It's a complicated thing, for sure. This is he most common film type so this souldn't be a problem. Most camera stores and all lomography stores have it. As for the other accessories, you can buy them on ebay but you will not need them to start shooting.Lhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10110818230262341583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1695504003014491361.post-7241664651227956662017-08-21T08:21:43.849+02:002017-08-21T08:21:43.849+02:00I just found this camera in my late grandfather...I just found this camera in my late grandfather's basement but it only had the camera and the case. Now I am looking for another lens for it which doesn't add nearly 2lbs to the front ;) It's difficult to tell whether you can only use Voigtlander lenses or whether other brands have the same mount.
